Broken images or game problems
Tell us which page is affected, what you clicked, and what happened next. A description of your device and browser can help identify an issue with a map, a missing flag, or a saved challenge.
Accessibility and usability
We welcome reports of buttons that are difficult to use, text that is hard to read, keyboard navigation issues, and map areas that are too small to select.
Privacy or content concerns
Ask about an email you sent, request a review of content or attribution, or report a licensing concern. See the Privacy Policy for how support messages are handled.
What to include for a faster investigation
You do not need to provide personal details to report a quiz problem. A short message with the following information is usually enough:
- Which game: for example, Flag Quiz, US States Map Quiz, or Guess the State by Shape.
- What you noticed: the question text or state, the answer you expected, and why you think it is incorrect.
- Where it happened: the page URL and, if relevant, the browser and approximate device type.
- Optional context: a screenshot without private information, or a link to an authoritative source.
We review messages as we are able, but cannot promise an individual reply or a specific turnaround time. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
A few things you can try first
My All 50 or All 195 progress disappeared.
Long challenges save progress in the browser when local storage is available. If you switched devices, cleared site data, or used private browsing, the previous game may not be recoverable. Starting again will create a new challenge.
I cannot select a small US state.
On the US States Map Quiz, zoom into the map or use the small-state shortcut buttons. There is also a state-name list below the map for people who prefer not to tap a tiny region.
I disagree with a map or country label.
Our maps use cited geographic datasets and may simplify coastlines or borders. Check the source links on the relevant game page, then email us the exact label and supporting reference so we can review it.
